1. In the left side menu, click on Customers.
2. Select the customer visited by the collaborator.
3. On the Customer screen, verify the customer's location on the map.
4. Probably the customer location is incorrect or undefined (gray map). In this case, type the correct address (street, number, city and state) of the customer in the Address search text box to get the geolocation (latitude and longitude). Note that the address fields below the map will be automatically filled.
IMPORTANT: Although we use the world's largest geolocation services, any inconsistencies in the addresses provided will result in inconsistent geolocation. Z Workforce uses exclusively customer geolocation as the basis for visits, so we recommend that you validate your data before and after importing into Z Workforce so that such inconsistencies do not occur.
